Reseller Cautions & Support

We fully support resellers, folks that would like to resell websites or access to the website builder Platform or would like to build and sell websites as a revenue source or even a full time income.

We do our best to support you in that endeavour. We even provide services that are not llisted on our website.** Like configuring clients SSL, domain names redirects, and email server support and redirection setup.  We do charge for these services but we do provide them, since so many clients may not have the skill set to setup these options themselves.

Even though we have the most up to date website building platform available, it does have limitations. When you purchase Any account that has multiple sites those sites have joint limitations. The main limitation is that once an account has multiple websites on one account, it CANNOT be seperated into a different accounts. Our platform does not support backend functions for seperating accounts. What this means is, as a reseller, if you plan to resell or seperate accounts from each other then you will need to have us setup new accounts for each domain. If you create 2 or more accounts on your back office, we cannot seperate them later for the purpose of selling, or seperate administration features. We have to setup any accounts that you plan to sell at some point in the future.

So if you use the reseller account to build domains for yourself, then you can go ahead and build websites all from your back office. But, if you plan to sell the website(s) then any website you plan to sell in the future will need to have its own back office. We have no problem setting up as many as you need based on your purchase as a reseller, simply submit a support ticket with us and we will setup the domains within 24 hours.

For any site you plan to sell or seperate later will require a seperate back end, with user name and password for each backend admin panel. We have to setup that admin panel.

We hope that in the near furture to have a back office that will allow Resellers to do this for themselves, but that is not the case right now. When the time comes we will migrate folks to thet new platform back end. We hope to have this resolved sometime this year, so that all accounts can reside in the same back end and then can be removed once you sell it.

Things that are required.

SSL is an option for you and your clients, however, all SSL must be purchased through us and we set it up for you. This is a must to eliminate problems and allows you the best in ssl support for your website. Although you can setup your own ssl, we will not offer any tech support to you for this purpose. So, if you choose to attempt taking care of your own SSL then  we will not answer tech support emails for that service. SSL is complex and in some cases difficult to solve problems. Currently SSL is $25 per year per site or per cert. We make no money on this service. We simply pass along the cost to you and we do the work to install it and maintain it wihtout any additional cost to you.

All Ecommerce requires SSL, and all Facebook Requires SSL, and these days most all websites link together require SSL.
