Refund Policy

Refunds Are Typically Not considered appropriate, unless unusual circumstances arise as described below.
Customer is not able to access the site for more than 24 hours in a 30 day period.
Customer is not able to use the platform as intended by us.
Almost all access to the platform is done via Trial offers or Trial Periods, usually 7 days in length where the customer has plenty of opportunity to test and create fully operational websites. If for some reason the client/customer has problems accessing or using the platform, it is the responsibility of the client/customer to report such problem to certifiedmobilefirst so that we may resolve the issue.
Should for any reason we decide to make a refund, it will only be for the monthly fees associated with hosting. Any fees set aside for other services rendured by other companies like google or facebook, or any other organization, will not be refunded.
Any fees associated with a site we build for the client will not be refunded. Our website platform is a state-of-the-art platform and creates the best possible sites available today.
If for some reason we are unable to provide a website that is capable of devlivering what we say, then we will provide a refund in that case.
At no time will we refund fees associated with SSL certificates.
